Investigation Of a Crime Scene

The Elliot Lake Mall is the subject of several investigations.
At the last news conference conducted by the OPP, It was announced that some information cannot be divulged for it could affect Law Suites and compromise the evidence for court cases. Class action suites have been initiated and more may follow.
What will be investigated remains to be seen !
If we have tranparency : Is "if everything is brought to light the truth will prevail".
QUESTIONS:
Is the first owner responsible for the crime scene ?
Was there other similar collapses of buildings designed by their architect ?
Did the City of Elliot Lake own the mall and did they sell it to
Retirement Living ?
Did Retirement living know the Mall was going to collapse when they disposed of it ?
Is there a list of the inspections , repairs ,complaints ,permits... ?
What happened to the list of Missing people ?
Why was a professional rescue team refused entry when the
original group abandoned the rescue ?
Is there a list of the tenants who abandoned the mall because of water damages ?
Is there a record of when leaks began ?
Are there reports of the impact of snow removal equipment
on the Mall roof ?
Did the workers repairing the roof have any form of qualifications or were they just kids earning minimum
wage ?
Did the local building inspector see the pails of water ?
Did the escalator being shut down because of water damage
not raise flags ?
Why is it that the bulk of Elliot Lake residents felt the mall should be condemned and the people in authority failed to act on it ?
Who passed the inspections saying everything was fine ?
Did the rescue operation become a demolition operation when there was still sign of life ?
Will the province of Ontario issue new building codes ?
THE MALL IS ON THE VERGE OF COLLAPSE
Who in the rescue crew decided the Mall was tearinng apart and moving away from the main building and would collapse at anytime ? Was there time to remove a living victim ?
Was demolition a cover up ? Did it have to be done at that time before the completion of the rescue operation ? Is the only structural evidence now compromised by the works of the massive crane? Were bodies pulverized ? Can dogs smell through layers of cement slabs covered with layers of debris?
What is behind the change from desperate recsue to urgent demolition ?
Question upon question.... Will the investigation crew ask them ? Will the truth ever be revealed ?....is there such a thing as
" THE ELLIOT LAKE MALL CONSPIRACY !"
